We have multiple venues for hire to meet your needs, the Church building, the Church hall, and the Chapel. The functions for which we hire out our premises are weddings, baptisms, and funerals. Our buildings are also used for external meetings, school functions, and musical events. Please, contact us to request to hire.

Weddings

Weddings are an important part of St Martin’s Church, we are given the privilege of sharing in the joy of two becoming one in Christ. Most of our clergy are licensed marriage officers and are willing to journey alongside couples in marriage preparation courses and then the marriage ceremony.


Baptisms

St Martin’s follows the Anglican custom of infant baptism and adult confirmation. We do not wish to baptize or confirm any persons just for the sake of keeping tradition. Our desire is to be a spiritual family, nurturing and challenging the spiritual growth of baptized children right up until they are confirmed and beyond.


Funerals

Death is a very difficult time for relatives and friends left behind. St Martin’s heart is to support families through this painful time, helping with funeral arrangements along the way.

Conference at St Martins

The Hall

We have a versatile large hall with parquet flooring that seats about 200.  There are glass doors opening onto a courtyard that leads to our Garden of Remembrance.  We have built-in sound equipment, a piano, and a ceiling-mounted projector with screen.  This venue is suitable for wedding receptions, large sit-down functions, or presentations. In addition, the hall boasts a fully-fitted kitchen.


The Parish Room

A light, well-ventilated room also opening onto the courtyard, leading to the Garden of Remembrance.  It seats about 30 persons in a ‘school-room’ style.  It well suited for small functions such as, birthday teas or meetings.
